The application of petroleum equipment processing components runs through the entire industry chain of petroleum exploration, drilling, oil extraction, and gathering and transportation. 1. Exploration and drilling process: withstand the impact of extreme working conditions

3. Gathering and refining process: resist medium corrosion and wear

Pipelines and connectors: Flanges, elbows, and valves of oil pipelines are processed with corrosion-resistant alloys (such as duplex steel and nickel based alloys) to resist corrosive media such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in crude oil and natural gas, and avoid leakage risks.

Refining equipment components: heat exchanger tube bundles, reactor internals, requiring high temperature resistance (up to 500 ℃), high pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Precise machining is used to ensure sealing performance and heat transfer efficiency, and is suitable for refining processes such as crude oil cracking and hydrogenation.

Core components of the pump valve: the impeller of the centrifugal pump and the valve seat of the ball valve are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which can withstand the erosion of impurities in crude oil, reduce wear and failure, and ensure the continuous operation of the gathering and transportation system.
