Design Feature

●No flange is used, and the thread is machined directly on the pipe.

●The joint is thickened;

● The cylindrical thread profile features a 7.5° load-bearing face angle and 20° guide face angle, with no radial interference between the internal and external threads. The thread pitches are 8 threads per inch for RTT-CS, 6 threads per inch for RTT-16H6, and 4 threads per inch for RTT-14H4.

●The conical surface seals internal fluids, while the external torque shoulder seals external fluids. Both internal and external sealing capabilities of the joint can match those of the pipe body.

●The outer shoulder adopts a-60° reverse shoulder, while the inner shoulder is a right-angle shoulder.

●The surface treatment of the inner and outer threads is phosphating.

Performance Features

●Exceptional anti-sticking performance with extended service life. Features include dual-threading, completely non-interfering threads, and multiple torque shoulder designs—all of which contribute to CS/RTPH6/RTPH4 has super strong anti-sticking performance;

●Excellent resistance to H2S stress corrosion. The thread is cylindrical without interference, with torque shoulders bearing the torque under low stress levels.

● It has the ability of both internal and external sealing, and can reach the same as the tube body;

●The connection strength is equal to the strength of the tube body;

●It has high torsional strength, strong bending and compression resistance.
