Design Feature

●The joint is connected by a coupling, with the connection strength reaching or exceeding that of the pipe body.

●The improved partial trapezoidal thread is used: pitch is 5 teeth per inch, taper is 1:16, high connection efficiency, easy to process;

●The main seal features a conical-radial sealing structure with the following taper angle (diameter direction):

1:10(41/2~73/4)

1:6(85/8~113/4)

1:3(133/8~135/8)

●The shoulder of reverse torque platform is designed to improve the composite bearing capacity of the joint.

●The inner wall of the tube was flush with the inner wall of the coupling.

Performance Point

●Connection strength-the standard size coupling can match the pipe body in strength;

●Sealing performance---The conical surface/conical surface main seal and reverse torque shoulder seal provide the joint with multiple sealing structures,ensuring high sealing reliability and offering internal pressure resistance comparable to the pipe body.

●Composite bearing capacity: The shoulder of reverse torque is adopted, and the joint has strong resistance to compression, bending and over-torque;

●The streamlined design of the inner wall of the joint can effectively reduce the turbulence of gas or liquid in the pipeline, so that the energy loss is minimal;

●Non-stick fastener-allows multiple fastening and unfastening.
