Description

The system consists of a base pipe, a fully welded wire-wound screen pipe, and a welding ring. The base pipe is formed by drilling a sleeve or tube that meets API standards, while the fully welded wire-wound screen pipe is integrated with the base pipe through welding rings.

Superiority

●Enhanced filtration precision: The base pipe features a fully welded wire-wound screen with a VEE-type large opening design, ensuring precise filtration area and superior sand prevention performance.

●Exceptional overall strength and deformation resistance: The base pipe provides internal support, while an optional outer protective sleeve can be added for enhanced protection as needed. The drill pipe's overall strength is only 2-3% lower than standard casing/ tube, ensuring sufficient strength to resist formation compression. Even during localized deformation, cracks in the compressed area remain confined, guaranteeing high sand control reliability.

●Multiple material options: The outer sieve tube can be made of stainless steel or low-carbon steel, allowing users to select the material based on their specific requirements.

●The high density of the slit and the low flow resistance of the slit are 3～5 times of the slit density of the common slit screen pipe, and the flow resistance is low, which is conducive to increasing the oil and gas production;

● The good processability makes it possible to produce it efficiently, at low cost and on a large scale.
