The perforated seams can be welded along the pipe axis using straight seam welding. The unique spiral distribution of perforations, formed through spiral welding, significantly enhances the filter sleeve's structural strength. When subjected to localized external compression, the compressed sections reduce or close their gaps under external force, ensuring reliable sand prevention. Precision punching technology is employed, with the stainless steel perforated filter sleeve's openings positioned on the side to minimize direct erosion from sand layers on the perforated screens. The gap processing range for perforations is 0.20mm to 0.7mm, with a uniformity of 0.015mm or less, meeting filtration precision requirements. High-density punching technology is utilized, producing effective opening lengths 3-5 times longer than conventional slit pipes and 2-3 times longer than standard perforated screens.

The central tube of the bridge-type perforated screen pipe utilizes standard casing and tubing, with its spiral perforation design minimizing the cross-sectional opening area. This configuration maximizes structural integrity while maintaining the pipe's overall flow cross-section. The formation sand is effectively contained outside the perforated screen pipe, allowing oil, gas, or water to pass through the perforated gaps and enter the screen pipe via the drilled borehole, thereby achieving effective sand control.

●Excellent anti-corrosion performance

The central pipe is made of API standard casing or tubing, while the high-density perforated filter sleeve is constructed from 304 stainless steel.

For wells containing H2S, CO2, or high Cl-content, special requirements may necessitate the use of corrosion-resistant casing or tubing. Screen pipes are resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion.
